Gemma and Jonny married at Hexham Winter Gardens on the 17th February 2018. It was a gorgeous wedding full of homemade decorations, hundreds of paper cranes and lots of tent building with sofa cushions and blankets as the evening drew on.

Jane at Birdcages and Dragonflies is THE person you want on board for your wedding! We hired a ‘blank canvas’ space for our wedding at Hexham Winter Gardens and Jane helped us fill it up with beautiful, quirky and fun things to make it the most special place to spend our wedding day. We wanted to have a warm and relaxed atmosphere for our service as well as a real homemade vibe. We also wanted things for our guests and their kids to enjoy and have fun with, we couldn’t have pulled this off without Jane’s help! She was on hand with brilliant ideas and pictures, she had fantastic knowledge of what would look good in our venue and sent us prices and measurements at the drop of a hat. Jane and her lovely husband arrived early on the morning before our wedding so we could have as long as possible to get everything done, they also helped us put up the beautiful light fittings that so many guests commented on.
