Because every wedding is individual in respect to your venue type, guest numbers and length of celebrations we don’t have a set price for our on the day coordination. This enables us to work with you to find out your requirements and put a service together which suits your needs.

Our prices start from £400.00 and include the following:
Initial consultation
One-month consultation
On the day coordination

Unlimited calls and emails in final run up

On the day coordination includes the following roles;

Liaising with and directing suppliers – talking to them from 1 months before your wedding date.

Producing a detailed time plan for the styling/ creation of your wedding venue and time plan of the day.

Visits to the venue/s and attendance to meeting with the venue in final stages.

Overseeing any elements of set up which need to take place on the day of your wedding.

Problem solving without causing any stress for you on the morning of your wedding

Guest relations on arrival and throughout the day

Ensuring timings are stuck to and things happen / don’t happen when you’ve planned for them

Being on hand throughout the day for any last-minute questions or changes.
